Diversified Management Consultants Complaint

Dreambuilders/DMC Became My Nightmare - realestate investments

- Del Paso Blvd. Sacramento, California
On November 7, 2005 my oldest son died from the serious congenital heart disease he was born with. Shortly after, an ex-coworker approached me about a company that she was working for. And according to her, they'd changed her and her husbands lives. By all outward appearances it seemed to be so. ie:they both were driving expensive new cars, they lived in a new upscale home, etc. Between this couple and the Vice President of the company, I was pursued unrelentlessly. And although I turned them down many, many times, there came a point when I gave in to their requests to help me. The company is called Diversified Management Consultants, and what they proposed to do was to take the equity out of my home and help me to invest it in real estate. And in the last four years they've done absolutely nothing/not to mention they set up a refinance that has put me upside down, owing three times what I owed before. Please help me! Ms. Terry Worth

It appears you've been a victim of your neighbor's new found method to make money. They find homeowners in distress, find lenders, and earn commission on your refinance. Equity being the difference between what you owe and the home's value, it's not like a dollar amount sitting there for you to withdraw, rather a loan for money to invest in this case in real estate. Have you checked with HUD or looked for a link to the Govt Programs to help Home Owners under current conditions?
You could also submit informatin to your State Attorney General's Office.
Good Luck in finding honest, trustworthy help.
