I was called about the wonderful vacation package on the phone. And since it was close to my daughter wedding I felt it would be nice. It was a 90 min presentation that you had to listen to on your stay.5 days and 4 night package. You had 30 days to cancel. They had received there money from my bank account. I had called to cancel the package with in 5 days. I was told I had to wait till I received my package with the video and papers to sign.@ 2wks had gone by, no pk. so I called and the person said it was sent to the wrong place,(Calf.)not Pa. A few days gone by when the pk came, viewed the DVD and did what contract read to do if I wish to cancel. I made copies of the papers the envelope it came in for postage date along with a letter stating I wished to cancel and would like my refund. $550.00. I have wrote down every time I called and the persons name I talked to and along with dates. Was hung up on, and told I wasn't getting a refund, stated they would relay message to accounting, etc. I have had it so I reported it to BBB of Fla. There response was twice Thanking for bring it to there att: and I would receive a full refund and other time, it was in the process. The last I had any report from BBB was when I contacted them on June 29 2011 that I still have not received my refund. At that time from which I had first reported to the BBB it was 22 working days for the 4 star-get-away to return my refund. But this has been going on since March 11,2011 I hope you can help me in some way, answer, or what to do next. I can send you copies of my papers if you like. Thank you so much.
