Alternative Plumbing Complaint

We contacted Alternative Plumbing because we were having issues flushing our toilet. It took three visits and us paying over $800.00. The problem with this is the boss kept telling the workers to sell us things we did not need. On the third visit the tech fixed the problem in about half an hour, which is what the first tech should have done and it would of only cost us $165.00. Instead we went without a toilet for 3 days and got drained of our money, which is in short supply!!
Please help recover some of our costs. I have tried contacting the owner by sending a certified return receipt letter, with no response, in which I received my post card back 3-17-11.
