I took my SSD money and bought my son a 4-wheeler from
DP & COMPANY INC on May 5, 2009. The first week the
battery box broke causing the wiring to break and the
battery which I fixed. At three weeks seat was broke and
rubbing the throttle cable and engine. I called Jeff on May 29, 2009 and told them the seat was broke
and the engine was starting to smoke and it looked like
something on the top of the engine might be broke and I
don't know if that has anything to do with smoking. I
wanted to let you know while under warranty. I was told we will see what we can do. Three months later I receved a
seat with a small hole and plastic stuck to seat I
couldn't get off. I reinforce seat and drove around to
see if smoking had stopped. Chain was coming off. Swing
arm bushings were falled apart. I called again and told
Jeff two days after seat came in. He said he would waiting
for a shipment. In January 15, 2010 Titian shipped my
2 bushings the wrong size and said the unit was
discontinued. From May 29, 2009 to February 2010 I have
called over twenty times. The last time I talked to
Jeff he said I don't have a much. Titin said he didn't
order the bushing. Before I bought the unit I asked Jeff
about parts. He told me they stock some and can get order
anything else. I paid 1,166.30 now I don't know what
to do. "PLEASE HELP"
