Arron's rent own Complaint

I been doing bussiness with Arron's rent to own for 7-8years,,never had any issue with any of my items...as of right now this month I am going into the store to rent to own a large screen TV. I am sorry you folks had issues with arron's,,you do understand it's not the company it's self many people will shy away from a bussiness because something that happens in the store,,,you know people are going to do and say words or make mistakes know one really wents to lose their job, so realize sales people will be the first to place the blame... sincerly, happy with the store...........................
