Rewards Processing Center, Salt Lake City, Utah Complaint

I received a telephone solicitation from "John" , and politely declined his innumerable offers. Not that it mattered, I soon discovered, as I was billed $72. for two subscriptions. When I called the number on my bank notice to inquire about this charge, I was told I would receive partial refund as magazines had already been sent. The person with whom I spoke claimed to have no information available on the "client" who had placed the order, except REWARDS PROCESSING CENTER at PO Box 30488 in Salt Lake City. THIEVES like this ought to be in jail!!!
