On 2/14/2008 2 men representing Donnie Brooks Paving came to our home to solicit resurfacing our driveway. They stated they were working in the area and materials left over. We called the # on the business card and verified that they had jobs going on in this area. They then quoted us $400 if we could do it at that time since they had the left over materials. We agreed adn they proceeded to do the job. When they were done we paid them and they gave us a pd. in full receipt and stated they would return the following morning at 10 to fill in any settling areas and cracks. They failed to return. Contacted business number which is an answering service they had the owner call us. He stated this must have been his nephew that did the work and he would have him get in touch and complete. After two more failed appts. nothing has been done. I have filed with the BBB and still no response. If we don't get results with this at least maybe you can post this so others won't be taken by this company,
