Dodge - Chrysler Complaint

Dodge diesel truck - no plug for block heater - Warrantee parts not included in vehicle

- Connecticut
I bought a $50,000 Ram diesel pickup from Executive Auto in Wallingford, Ct in Spring of 2011. On January 2 the weather forcast was for near zero temps. I went to plug in the heater block on my diesel and found no plug. In the manual it states that failure to follow the recommended procedures will void the 100k warantee. I had to spend two days finding and ordering the plug and having it installed for over a $100. Dodge saves money by not installing the plug and saves more by voiding their advertised 100k warantee, if you live in a cold climate like New England. Dodge should be stopped from selling vehicles that do not have the equipment needed to meet their warantee standards.
