My company Howell Insurance Services, Inc in Hazlehurst MS attempted to hire a professional company to secure telemarketed auto insurance leads. June Wyatt with Always First Marketing agreed to provide the leads based on certain filters and parmeters.
After approximately 2 weeks we called Always First Marketing because we did not receive the requested leads. After a few days they sent us leads but were not the leads with the filters we requested. We made several attempts to contact June Wyatt and left return call requests of which she did not return. We sent several emails requesting a return call along with a complete refund, none of which were ever answered.
I would think it would be important for people to know that this company is selling peoples names, address, vehicle year, make & model numbers along with phone numbers and Vehicle Identification Numbers. Most likely none of these persons has requested any type of information. It is also creating a huge liability for the company as they may not have run these against the do not call lists.
