My story is nothing by itself, but if you have others complaining I want to add my voice.
I joined the Disney DVD movie club for all the obvious reasons. However, once you've joined it is impossible to decline the monthly Featured Selections!!! I've tried to use their website(s) MANY TIMES!!! AND CAN NEVER FIND A WAY TO REFUSE THE MONTHLY AUTOMATIC SELECTION!!!
While this is a small problem in the world - it becomes VERY BIG BUSINESS for Disney when they are sending out DVD's of old movies and collecting money from people who don't take the time - and spend the money - to return unwanted discs.
I am very frustrated by this and cannot afford to buy movies I DO NOT WANT! I just wonder HOW MANY MIILLIONS OF DOLLARS Disney is raking in with these tactics?
