Discover card 0% Fraud liabililty is Fraud

I just got my discover bill for $2633.60 in dispute adjustment for things that were all Fraud. So I called the 1800 number and they said, the person who could help me best can only be called Tuesday through Thursday 7am to 3pm and on Friday from 7am to 12am. I have no idea what was bought for 2633.60 total.

For all I know this was discover card scam.

appliance dealer(referred to me by trusted handyman I found on Angie's List) took $1602.00 for appliances presented on their floor which I chose and agreed to purchase. Slick handwork and concerted scam got me useless scrap metal junk in return. Discovercard, despite witness, photos, proof of statute violations, did nothing to back me (fraud liablility??) after years of thousands of transactions with no disputes. Now, I am contacting office of comptroller to hopefully get some satisfaction. Meanwhile, I will never use Discover card again.
