Indianapolis Housing Agency Complaint

I live in a buiding for the elderly and disabled run by the Indianapolis Housing Agency. The air conditioning went out LAST THRUSDAY AND STILL IS NOT WORKING!!

This would be bad for anyone, but ALMOST NO WINDOWS OPEN IN THIS BUILDING!!! And the people living here are already in poor health - most have no where else to go for relief.

Management is not telling the residents anything. We do not know if there is ever going to be cool air again. WE NEED HELP!!
