My name Sharon Kennell I purchased a vehicle with Allen Motors 111 less than 30 days ago. When purchasing the vehicle I was informed by owner of company that the maintenance needed was minor. He advised that the vehicle needed a tune up, and door handle repaired. With this in mind I proceeded to purchase the vehicle, because what I was informed. After the vehicle was placed in my possession, I immediately got a tune up and oil changed. Once the repairs was made by myself the vehicle ran okay. With in two weeks I began to experience more issues with the vehicle. So I contacted the owner of Allen Motors 111 again made aware there is apparently more issues wrong with the vehicle, due to the problems I am experiencing. I then took the vehicle to my own mechanic, which he informed that the cylinder in the engine is no good. So I contacted the owner and made him aware of my ASE Cerf. mechanic diagnostics
The owner then advised that there nothing he can do. He offered another vehicle that I can purchase however, i would have to put down a down payment & pay car note. This owner was already aware that I was disable and I used my saving to purchase this vehicle. Please help
