Dis-satisfied with a product we will rake it back, keep charging you for it and - For skin

I purchase a product from Murad for 39.95 off of QVCor HSN, it did not say this was a lifetime membership my next bill was 131$. I immediately sent it back they received it on August 31, it has been almost 3 months of me trying to get a refund, I have a list, e-mails of people I have spoke to. I have encountered every known excuse, we have posted it, pls. Call your bank, because of us up-grading our some problems have developed, it is a holiday week refund may be delayed, called yesterday 11-15 I received a 25no. reference no. And was assured by end of business day it will be posted it wasn't. I'm sick of being jerked around I wrote a pretty scathing letter, will forward it to you if you'd like. pls help
