I have been charged for months for two different programs and aI have reqestedcopys of the bill and they refuse to send it to me, or disuss this problem, or allow me to talk to a supervisor. They onlywant me to pay the wrong bill and not try to resolve the problem that I have asked for help for over six months. Is this customer service? What are they hiding? I asked to have my account cancelled and they refuse to.
