Direct TV promised me and quoted mw bundle service (TV, internet and phone). 2 weeks later, AT&T told me there no internet service in my area and in order to get it, I need Uverse which is more expensive and requires instalation fees and so on... when I called Direct TV to cancel, they refuse to cancel without paying them 480 for cancalation fee, knowing that they did not deliver what they promised. very sad, especially that I spent more than 10 hourstalking to them and explaing the situation
