I am writting this story about verizon and how they are ripping off thousands of customers and most customers are not aware unless they look over their bill. I had verizons DSL, and phone service and I kept wondering why I'm getting a 200.00 Bill, the DSL 29.99 And the phone 39.00 I get a bill for over 100.00, And then another one for 300.00 I confront verizon and they looked for many reasons to stick me with that bill, its at almost 500.00 Now but one bill they actually had added a lot of services that I never asked for, and to this day I will not pay them because that bill is outrageous,
I want to sue them and get some of the money back. I know there is a lot of customers who has has this done to them. When you confront verizon its like duh, I don't know how you got stuck with such a high bill.
