Direct Tv Double Billing - Sat Tv

I had direct TV installed after a week I called wild blue internet service they came out & started installing it & left not compleating it after a week or 2 no show so I called & canseld it they said no problem they would refund the card I believed them. They never put the dish up . The 1st of the month my pen. Check is dep. I pay the bills on the 1st I checked the bank it was over drawn so I checked my acount it showed a date that we did not go any where
so icalled the bank they said it was direct TV for 101.38 . So I called direct TV they said it sounded like fraud I explaind I pay my bill by check every month 56.38 Wy am I being billed a nother fee they had no answer I got ahold of a supervisor & explained it agin they told me 2 send fax them my bank statments after printing them out I noticed they had never reterned my 1st payment & had billed me another 6 month I called them to make shore they got them they said they did & would hear from them by phone in 10 to 15 days I'm waiting in the mean time my bills arnt getting payed & overdrafts are piling up ty for reading this hope you can help
