Thee customer service from this company is ridiculous.....
I called direct TV with an issue on my TV service.....Their equipment is faulty. the DVR HD system has quit twice since Feburary of 2011... The diagnostics indicate a HD receiver problem....The Direct tV company charges the consumer for a service call to your place of residence, even though the problem was insitaged by their equipment..The company charges you the consumer for a service call even though
it is not the consumers fault...That is a ripoff, lousy customer service, and something we should not be charged for..Some CEO made this decision just to increase their bottom line, screw the consumer some more, we don't care!!!!
just get as much money as you can, that the way they think..
