A direct TV employee called me up and offered me the NFL ticket and some premium channels for 5 months free for being such a good customer and told me that I wouldn't have to pay any extra as long as I called in by March 18th to cancel the deal they offered me. I asked the employee several times if there was any way at all this would effect my bill now or in the future as far as going up in price and he told me absolutely not. Well after I cancelled on the 11th of MarchI received a bill for 90 dollars more a month. I called direct TV with this complaint and told them I was lied to about this offer and even spoke with the manager Hugo, who's id number is 207387. The manager was rude and told me that I used a service and was obligated to pay for it. I don't have a problem with paying for a service that I agreed to pay for, but this was a total lie on the behalf of direct TV. The customer service may be the worst that I have ever seen in my life.
