Direct TV went into my bank without my knowledge and withdrew money meant for a mortgage payment. As a result I missed my mortgage payment which was already 60-days delinquent and I am now facing foreclosure and eviction

Pay your bills on time and in full, and we would not have to do this. Being poor/broke is not an excuss, you ordered the service, you pay the bill.
