I paid my balance of 55.23 to them online with one acct, since they had another account on file they took the money out of that acct. This caused my account to be withdrawn and a fee. I called DirecT. V and spoke with a Rep there and they stated that it would be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. That did not happen so I called back on May 18th and was told that I had to pay the bill before it was refunded. I paid it online while the Rep was on the phone and he assured me that he would excalate this and would be refunded. I called back in due to not getting the refund in 10 business days and asked to speak to a Supervisor. The Supervisor again assured me that the refund would be put back in again and she would call me to follow up. The Supervisor stated that it would be placed back before June 12th when the next bill printed. I am on the phone June 17th and have called and spoke with a Rep, Supervisor, Manager and then called the Corporate office which is telling me that I have to go to both banks and have my statements faxed to them and they have to find there money due to stating they refunded it on the 7th of June. No refund have been received. Not to mention there stating they refunded it to the wrong bank. I am about to hang up because the Corporate office is stating there is nothing else they can do. My checking account is over drawn and I am not able to use my acct. I do have all Id's and names. I am a single disabled mother of an 11yr old son and have never bounced a check, this is causing me nothing but stress...please help....Linda R Polk 843-908-1969
