We live in the hill country and have never had any trouble getting TV transmissions with our antenna on analog. When the changeover to digital came, we still had no problems. Our favorite TV stations, channels 41, 60 and 17, came in loud and clear. Now with this supposed HD (high definition) stuff, most nights we get "weak signal" or "no program" signals, especially from 7 - 8 PM. It is so frustrating. What is going on? Tried to contact the TV station, but the phone is always busy (how is that possible), no matter what time we called. Maybe HD is supposed to make the TV picture clearer; however, for senior citizens on a fixed budget with no cable, clearer picture is no picture or weak signal at best. All the local networks stations with HD seem to come in alright. We would appreciate any assistance.
