When I returned home to Gene dr. I found our TV not working. I tried the stereo, it worked, the c. d. player, it worked, all were plugged into the same serge protector, but the TV, and the power box to charter, did not work, I called them several times, finally a gentlemen came out, took a copy of the bill where we had to buy a new TV, and that was it they replaced the charter box, and still charge us $189.55 a month, and I took all the movie channels off, so I asked them to either pay for the TV or the bill for December, of course they did neither. So we want to drop the whole charter deal, but they say we have a two year contract.
I think we have a good case against them and should be able to get out of the contract. Thats a rip off, for what my computer is so slow, and I have a online business I have to check on, but every time I try, it says not responding.
I hope you can help us, the home phone is $48.00 a month, for what, drop calls and loosing calls.
