False Promises From Your So Called Friendly Car Dealer

First they didn't have my car in the lot and told me that they have to drive to O.C. To get the car and bring it back to dealership and have it "detailed". When it finally arrived at my house it was 9:00pm, dark and unable to see any flaws. The sale rep told me that he went over the car and no damage was seen. Later that night, I noticed that car wasn't detailed (there were water spots and smeared water marks all over the car) more like "quick rinse and drive off" do you remember I just told you that the car was from o.C. Dealership? Well the window sticker said it was from cathedral city (which is 90 miles a way from temecula) adding more miles to the car. Furthermore, I notice that edge of the trunk the paint was chipped off and metal was exposed. Driver's side door panel had another chips. The rubber gasket surround the front windshield window has few (approx 4-5mm) holes "like burnt rubber". At this point, I was furious and upset that I felt like I got a lemon car. Went back to the dealership on the weekend and spoke to the manager named jim, he said it can be fixed. I said, "go ahead and fix it but sell it to another customer because I paid for a new car and it should be in an excellent condition but I feel like I got a lemon." I did suggested to him that the dealership failed to provide new car in excellent condition, so the dealership should exchange me a new car in the lot and take back the car they sold me originally.

Until now, it has been almost 2 weeks and they haven't return my calls (left messages)nor gave me any status about the car. Not sure of anything. Can you help me with this situation?
