I realize you are investigating public schools.

FYI: The University of Missouri has begun some very deviant billing practices in which students are being charged high late fees and interest charges but are unable to see an accurate billing statement, or the statement is just plain wrong. They also hold financial aid and grant awards that should have been disbursed weeks, even months before they actually are disbursed causing more late fees and interest charges.

It is not affordable and enrollment is at record highs due to job loss. Why are they allowed to line their pockets like this? Many students are complaining and cannot get them to fix the issue.
