On January 19, 2006 we made reservations for a flight to to Las Vegas Nevada on Delta Airlines flight No# 2056 leaving from Orlando Airport on June 8th 2006 at 8:40 p.m.
The reservations were booked through the Travel Mania Travel Agency in St. Cloud Florida 34769. We paid Six hundred forty six dollars and eighteen cents in advance for our reservations to the Travel mania Agency for the deposit for this reservation. We have as of April tenth been forced to cancel our trip to Las Vegas for Personal Family reasons and a possible strike by the Delta Airline Pilots. We requested a refund of our Full Fare and were told we cannot get a refund even though our request for cancellation is two months in advance! We were forced to accept a voucher for another date we have no need or plans to use! We end up losing Six hundred forty six dollars.
This is totally wrong! We want our money back. We do not get paid for work we have not preformed why should anyone else? We are making this request in plenty of time for the airline to resell the seats we reserved on this flight.
