Dell Computers Scams Customer Out Of Thousands

Back in december of 2006 my new dell computer got damaged by the moving people. When I called the dell company they deemed it un fixable and stated that I was going to receive a replacement under my warranty. At that time I gave
all my information and I was told it would take a few
days to receive it. Once I got off the phone I
realizes that I forgot to give my new address I was
moving to. So I then called right back, but I spoke to
another person this time. I told the lady about my situation and told her I had just got off the phone but I needed to give my new address. Once I gave the new address to your company I ask her to read it back to me, she got mad but then read it to me. I waited for a week then I called back I ended up speaking to someone else. I asked where my computer
was and I was told it was sent out. I then waited 2
more weeks then I was told it was sent to my old
address. They started giving me the run-around then it took weeks before I got a response. I tried calling almost every day and only got sent around to different departments. I have over 100 e-mails saved that i'd sent. Dell keeps telling me they want to help but they put me on hold and never get back on once they find out its me on the phone. I even had one lady tell me just to buy a new computer. Then they tell me they are going to send it out,
now 6 months later I am still waiting.

Please help me I don't what to do I paid well over $2,700 dollars for it and I am getting scammed. Please reply.
