Long story short Delias made out to be a fraud and did not bother contacting me telling me that I was identified as one. I ended by finding out by my order status when they said that my order was cancelled. Not knowing why i called them up and wanted to know why the order I sent was cancelled. They said someone called them saying that they were charged for an item that wasn't sent to them and that the person who ordered it was a fraud. I was on the phone for about an hour and it was very stressful. So the way they wanted to resolve the issue was that they would charge me $13.09 so that way my name could be cleared and I would no longer show up in their system as a fraud. So lots of young girls need to beware of buying ANYTHING from Delias because you will be considered a fraud and not be sent any of the items you were hoping to receive and they will not notify you because they aren't suppose to have contact with a fraud.
