Defense Commissary Agency Complaint

As I was stocking the shelves, I have found: a bottle of salad dressing open and nearly empty, empty boxes of medicine, empty bottles of water, empty candy wrappers, and many other items that have been pilfered. One night, as I was cleaning the restrooms, I found an empty box of Ex-Lax in a tampon receptacle. I have also found items on non-referigerated shelves that need to be refrigerated of frozen.
