I have purchased 2 X-Boxes for my sons within the last 5 years. I also purchased a re-conditioned one. The new units both failed due to the "red rings of death" What upsets me-is that Microsoft knows about these problems, it's not an isolated issue and yet continue to sell defective products to the consumer. A company should stand behind their product and take care of their customers, not hide under the covers!
