Thank you for taking time to review my situation. I am but one of several hundred (thousand?) consumers who purchased a defective SONY television, and who cannot get SONY to take proper responsibility. It’s something of a David vs. Goliath story of individual consumers up against a major corporation who’s putting profits above principals.
