DEFECTIVE BREIFCASE,NO REFUND. - CASE,ATTACHE,EXPANDA

I PURCHASED A BREIFCASE FROM OFFICE DEPOT IN THE STORE ON 4-22-2011,AND THEY ORDERED ONLINE. I RECEIVED THE BREIFCASE ON 4-29-2011,AND IT HAD A DEFECT. I TOOK THE BREIFCASE BACK TO THE STORE WHERE I PURCHASED IT FROM FOR A REFUND, AND THEY SAID THEY COULD'T REFUND MY MONEY. OFFICE DEPOT REP. SAID THAT IT WAS NOT IN THERE SYSTEM, AND I NEED TO CALL THERE 1-888-GO-DEPOT AND TALK WITH THEM. I HAD MY RECEIPT FROM THE STORE, AND THEY SHOULD HAVE REFUNDED MY MONEY. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CALL THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ABOUT MY REFUND. OFFICE DEPOT CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER STATED TO ME THAT THEY PURCHASED THE BREIFCASE FROM A VENDOR, AND THEY HAD TO CONTACT THE VENDOR FOR A NUMBER BEFORE THEY COULD REFUND MY MONEY. OFFICE DEPOT IS DEALING WITH SECOND HAND VENDOR, AND CHEATING MANY, MANY CUSTOMER. THIS SHOULD NOT BE THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM. I LAST CONTACTED THEM ON 5-6-2011 NO REFUND AS OF YET. THANK YOU.
