Elove Matchmaker Complaint

I met with representative of elove who had a very hard selling approach, I listened to her promises made and after 21/2 hours of pressure signed a contract that offered a refund, if I chose to cancel. I received the first date with someone who was not a match in any respect of what was promised. I cancelled the service and requested return of my $5,000 in September. They ignor my requests and refused to respond to my bbb oakland office complaint. I have learned hundreds of other people have a similar experience.
