Loginville Ford Complaint

Wanted a 2010 Ford Focus and was directed to a 2008 without my knowledge. Was told it was a demo with a scratch and found out it was a 2008 after signing the papers. CD player would not eject CD's and now hear rattling. Dealership stated it would ship CD Player to Village Ford to install and repair scratch. Now hear rattling sound at the rear of car. No CD player, no repair to body and now Village Ford of MI wants me to pay $200 up front for rattling sound. Loganville dealership failed to put warranty in computer. Here it is 3 1/2 weeks later nothing has been done. Buy American???? No way ever again.
