Two big issues.. Vehicle advertied as "New" was told finance Mgr had been driving it. Asked if it had been wrecked or any other issues. Was told "No". After getting vehicle home and noting issues w/ windows and paint iquired again if anything had happened to vehicle..sales MGR stated not to his knowledge and that he had no records on file regarding repair or repaint of truck. I went next door to dealership to body shop "Kar-King" and asked if they thought the vehicle had been repainted, and they were able to check my VIN number and produce receipt as well as photos of repair and paint to my truck. They did not disclose to me that the vehicle had been damaged, repainted and repaired.
Second Issue- I traded in my previous vehicle when I purchased the new one. I am now getting phone calls from bill collectors from my trade-in because the dealership has not paid off my trade from December. Took half day off work to again speak w/ sales Mgr who said they would be over-nighting a check to Chrysler for my payoff. Two weeks later, still receiving collection calls and vehicle is not paid off. Incidentally my trade in has already been sold without being paid off??? Any help is appreciated.
