Deadbeat Dads creditor Refuses abandon family access to their personal property - Auto loans

- Phoenix, Az
My husband of 12 years had financed a vehicle in his name so I would have transportation for our 3 children because he could only find work in the Sacramento area he took residence there and visited his children only once a month
in Santa Cruz. For over 4 years this was how we lived, he was sole financial support for our children and myself, I home scholl our son, he haslearningdisabilities and public schools don't work for him. In Sept of this year 2010, my husband met a woman on the internet, phoned our daughter advising her he was never going to see her again, and stopped all fancial support, knowing I had no means of income. Quite his well paying job so he wouldn't have any way to pay support our medical coverage, disconnected his cell number and of course defaulted on our vehicle, it was repossed at our SC home and has our personal items and important paper work that I was giving to Child support services to help my case to find their deadbeat dad, and the will only release the personal property to him because he is the name on the contract, and they know I don't know where he is so I can't have him go get it. The car was in my posession at my residence in Santa Cruz, the auto insurance names me as the only driver of that car. I don't want the car I just want my personal belongings, there is nothing of my husbands in there, I was the only one who had use of that car, he had his own vehicle. My 3 children and I have suffered enough!, now we have no transportation, they won't let us get our personal properety. I don't have much left, I don't want to loose what little we have left.. can anyone help me get my things.. PLEASE...
