Department of children and family Complaint

Well March of 2010 a child was placed into my home by dcf. They said I was going to receive relative care givers funds. for keeping the child in my home. I already have 4 kids of my own and I'm single parent! I got the child into programs and school by myself. they didn't help with none of it. I thinkthey owe me something I didn't get the funds but they rather put him in foster care where they can get paid. WHat about me! I keep him for 13 months. I did all the things that they wanted and way more.
