Airline Employee has a major meltdown! - CARGO

On March 7th (Friday night) I arrived at the Delta Cargo around 9:30 pm to pick up four dogs arriving from SLC, UT. I checked in with an employee who notify me that the plane would be late. I return to my truck and waited until almost midnight. A cargo employee finally arrives and is pulling four completely full boxes. He starts to unload the first box and gives the items to a customer. When he is finished with this customer he only has my four large kennel crates and one samll crate on board. I walked over to my kennels and peeped inside(did not touch them). This employee told me not to do that the dogs may get out and bite him. I laughed and told him they do not bite (Lab puppies). He told me to go over there and stand and not move. I did and did not say another word to this guy. I waited until all the customers have gotten their things and go inside to sign my paperwork. I told the employee inside that I would like to get my paperwork off the kennels, but I thought the other employee had a problem with me. He said, you can get your paperwork and I will be out to help you load the dogs. I go outside walk over to my dogs, receipt in hand and reached for the paperwork taped to the kennel when this same irate emaployee tells me to get away from those kennels. I told him it was alright, I have my receipt and Josh was coming out to help me. He then tells me I have already told you one f****** time to get way from those kennels. At this point he is coming torwards me at a brisk pace. He stands between me and the dogs hollering at me(and he is worried about the dogs getting out and biting him). I asked him why are you doing this, what have I done to you? He said, you have a smart mouth. I told him to F***** himself. Then he has his hands down by his side as if he was going to hit me (shaking all over). I told him if he was going to me I would call 911. He said, I am not going to hit you; you f***** B****. He told me I was one of those f***** b***** that wanted to be hit. My mother who is seventy something asked him, why are you talking to my daughter this way? He told her because she is a F***** B*****. This goes on for twenty minutes at least and every other word out of his mouth is the F***** and B****. I filed a complaint with his company only to be told it was my fault because I basically stood up for myself and so this provoked the situation. I do not get it; I am a paying customer I took the abuse from this guy early on and later had enough of him and told him what I thought. I am told by his supervisor he is good employee and they have never had any problems with him. He also mentioned that they had a personal relationship outside the company (he had never seen this side of him). They found a witness (there are a lot of regular customers around there; who are there every night and are known to each other on first name basis) who said I provoked it. I do not understand that! I have been shipping and picking up dogs for twenty years and never had a problem with anyone even under the worst situations. I also had two employees tell me something totally different. One employee told me he had a very bad temper and he had seen it on several occasions and the other employess said he is very possessive. I had another customer tell me he always talks to people this way. This guy works for the airline and believe me I have never seen anyone loose it like this before. He was having a meltdown and I provoked it. There is something really wrong with this.
