My grandson, like most young men wanted a car and he wanted to be able to but it himself. He had a friend who directed him to a shop, I believe is owned by his uncle.
The shop is located at 510 S Union Street in Wilmington, Delaware phone# 655-3273. The proprieter is George Leach,
and the name if his auto business if "Dakani Kars" Used Cars.(car purchased 8/20/08).
My sone got a green Nissan Altima from this business without having auto insurance or receiving a bill of sales.
The car failed DMV inspection, so when the temporary tags run out he will just ssued a new one for 50.00. Because the car failed inspection more than they pass. My grandson's front tire flew off while driving last week-the man blamed it on my grandson. My grans son "I could have been killed, tha man said I would have come to your funeral and said that a shame, but I wouldn't be held liable, I got friends, n othing is going to happened to me. Now the dealership has the car and supposedly has had it repaired and wants 400. plus for my grandson to get the car back. I think the business should be shut down, suppose on of the young people hit or run into someone who has their car in a ligitimate manner...who is going to pay for their loss???And why should this person be allowed to sell car to people who have no auto insurance, and sell cars that failed the a uto inspection. I think my grandsone should not be allowed to get this lemon car back, or owe him any money at all. Also as said before this predatory auto dealer should be SHUT DOWN!
