CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT AT MONARCH UTILITIES - WATER PROVIDER

THIS MORNING AT 9:04AM I CALLED 1-866-654-7992 MONARCH UTILITIES/SOUTHWEST WATER COMPANY TO DISCONNECT SERVICE TO AN UNOCCUPIED (FOR OVER 8 MONTHS)CABIN NEAR POTTSBORO, TX. AT 10:04AM THEIR AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM DISCONNECTED MY CALL. NO HUMAN EVER DEIGNED TO ANSWER THE PHONE FOR THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS ON HOLD. THIS HAPPENED AFTER REPEATED ASSURANCES FROM THAT SAME PHONE SYSTEM, THAT A REPRESENATIVE WOULD BE WITH ME IN A FEW MINUTES.

I CALLED TO CANCELL SERVICE BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN BILLED OVER $200.00 IN TWO MONTHS FOR WATER THAT WAS APARENTLY USED BY A GHOST SINCE NO LIVE PERSON USED THE PROPERTY.
