Customer Service General Motors, Sherwood Pontiac Delray, King Motor and Coral Complaint

And you sold me this car because ... - Certified 2001 Pontiac bought from GM dealer cash!

April 2006 purchased a 2001 certified Pontiac Atzec from Sherwood Pontiac Delray. $7000.00 cash. 57 kmiles on it. Russ was the sales person. Took car home Friday night .Saturday afternoon air conditioning went out. Repair shop told me to return it and they would look at it. Monday morning planned to take car back it would not even turn on. Dealer had to send a flatbed to haul it in. I requested a refund or an exchange for something else and was told no that is not done the car is mine now . Car was in repair shop over two weeks.

This was the beginning of many repairs at Sherwood in 2006. 2007 still having the original problems . Take car to King Auto who went on to change something that was not authorized to be fixed and then not repaired properly. That then really set off the computer system in the vehicle. They kept car for two weeks. Had to take it back in three days. Car there for another three days .

Next week car still not working. King Auto out of business next day, take car to Coral springs Auto( who said whoever fixed this car had no idea what they were doing.) with same concerns.Why am I paying for a job that is guaranteed by GM to be done . But no answer was given and no one wanted to see receipts for explanation of what King did and what needed repair. First visit 13 days under repair. second visit nine days and a few single days in between.I contacted General Motors Community Relations who said they cannot help me with this as they do not speak with the dealers.

He did say six weeks ago he was unable to contact anyone at the original dealership to speak with to find out why the car was sold in that condition and that he was sending a rep o visit the dealership Sheenan in Delray. Now he states they don not get involved GM customer service rep said "Well it is a used car .! . This week I am paying another $375. to have repairs done . Last week it was $369. Week before that $189.00 and countless other visits . I have an extended warranty they have sucked dry that was charged over $ 1800. on each visit leaving me with the other amounts I listed to pay.

Overall about eight times in the shop within 12months. What am I to do . !! someone Help!! Please
