Customer Non Service - Reconigtion

Carnival needs 10 previous cruises to be put in their platinum status which gives upgrades and special privileges. Since 2002 they show that I have been on 7 cruises. I sent photos of three cruises that I had been on before 2002, but I have been on quite a few more that I have no proof. I have never heard from Carnival and wonder if they are serious about customer appreciation. We plan a cruise this year, love Carnival, and are awaiting an answer from their customer service dept.
