Customer Loyality - Purchased furniture

I purchased A dining room set and Living room set with lamps 3pack tables in 2009. On a promotion for 3 years No Payments No Interest No finance Charges threw HSBC Bank.
However all furniture was damaged. So I notified roomstore I was not happy about furniture and it needed to be replaced, I went threw hell and back to talk to their Customer Loyalty they gave me the run arounds. Finally furniture was delievered still damaged. Had to contact TEchnicain threw roomstore to come out to inspect furniture the technician has been to my house 6 times. because roomstoore gave me hell about replacing furniture. I was so fed up I wanted to cancel all purchases and have the roomstore pick it up. They delivered a dining room that collapsed on floor by itself it could have killed my little girl. When I contacted Customer Loyalty they argued on phone and said they had to send technician out, all I wanted was for the roomstore to pick up their faulty furniture while it was still under warrarinty. however they waited after warranity was expired. So they replaced dining room table and sent new arm chais because they were installed incorrectly never came back to install. I finally got approval to exchange sofa love seat a 3 pk tables. sofa and love seat were sagging and fabric unravling the 3 pck tables legs falling apart. Customer loyalty got approval for me to go to store and RESELECT furniture. WENT into Glen Burnie store WHERE I PURCHASED FURNITURE ORIGNALLY, HOWEVER I WAS TREATED AWFULL ALL BECAUSE OF THEIR DAMAGED PRODUCTS And DELIVERIES. SO I OPT TO GO TO ANNAPOLIS ROOMSTORE TO RESELECT MY SOFA LOVESEAT AND 3 PCK TABLES. WHEN I WENT TO ANNAPOLIS I WAS GREETED BY A SALES ASSOCIATE AND EXPLAINED I WAS ONLY HERE TO RESELECT FURNITURE. THE STORE MANAGER SAID I WAS NOT ALLOWWED TO TALK TO A SALES PERSON BECAUSE IT IS A RESELECTION ONLY AND HE CAN NOT RECIEVE COMMISION DUE TO A RESELECTION. I CHOOSE FURNITURE WITH SAME 3PACK TABLES, STORE MANAGER SAID GREAT WE CAN DELIVER FURNITURE WHEN IT COMES IN. I ASK HIM ALL FINANCIN G STAYS THE SAME CORRECT. HE SAID YES I CALLED AND TALKED TO MY SUPERVISOR IN THE FINANCING DEPT AND SHE SAID THEIR ARE NO CHANGES BECAUSE OF A RESELECTION. I RECIEVED FURNITURE 2-3 WEEKS LATER AT MY HOME THE SOFA AND LOVESEAT WHERE OK I DECICED TO KEEP THEM HOWEVER THE 3PACK TABLES WERE COMPLETLY DAMAGED, SO I WOULD NOT EXCEPT TABLES I GOT ON PHONE WHILE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE STILL HERE AND CALLED THE ANNAPOLIS STORE AND SPOKE WITH STORE MANAGER AND EXPLAINED THESE TABLES ARE DAMAGED SO HE SAID I COULD ORDER THEM AGAIN OR I CAN KEEP MY 3 PACK TABLES AND I WILL RECIEVE A 15% DISCOUNT I AGREED. NEVER RECIEVED ANY DISCOUNT. I FORGOT TO MENTION DELIVERY DRIVER ALSO CALLED TO NOTIIFY I DID NOT RECIEVE 3 PACK TABLES. THIS IS THE KICKER I PAID ALL MONEY OWED TO HSBC ROOMSTORE BEFORE ANY EXPIRERATION ON ACCOUNT DUE AT MY LOCAL NASA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION WITH MY FINANCIAL BANKER ON A 2 WAY CALL IN WHICH I GAVE PERMISSION. MY FINANCIAL BANKER THEN SPOKE WITH SUPERVISOR FOR PAYOFF SO HE COULD AOTOMATICALLY PAY ON PHONE RIGHT THERE. HE WAS GIVEN A PAYOFF BALANCE IN WHICH IT WAS PAID. SIGNED SEALED DELIVERS ELECTRONICALLY. A MONTH PASSES AND HSBC SENDS ME A BILL FOR 200.00 OWED BECAUSE OF A PURCHASE ON AUGUST 2010. WHICH WAS NEVER PURCHASED. I CONTACTED BBB 3 TIMES CUSTOMER LOYALTY ROOMSTORE NEVER GOT RESOLVED. MEANWHILE HSBC KEEPS TAGGING INTEREST ON TO ACCOUNT. supervisorS AT CUSTOMER LOYALTY KEEP TELLING ME THEY WILL HANDLE, NEVER HEARD A THING, I HAVE ALL CONTACTS NAMES AND DATES AND TIMES WHO I SPOKE WITH.
