Direct tv Complaint

Cursed out by Direct TV

On Friday August 19, 2011, I received a call from a direct TV billing representative in regards to my account. I stated that there were prior payment arrangements and hung up a few seconds later. About few minutes after, I received a voice message from the same number, same woman cursing me out. She stated that the moron needs to pay her bill bitch! I immediately called back and spoke to a supervisor. I also played the voice mail for him to hear. He also seemed frustrated with my complaint and stated that the only thing that can be done is to pull the recorded call and review it.
This behavior towards a customer is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I'd like to know who I can contact in regards to this matter since the supervisor at direct TV make it clear that nothing will be done to this person.
