my car overheated on my way to school on 17 March 11, a local garage picked it up. He call me 2 days later telling me its gonna cost me $ 1200 to get it fix. The next day I pay 1200. I call him a week later, he tells me that my timing chain also broke and he needed to replace a few gaskets; ok I said get it done. No he said I have pay for at least the parts. He qouted me $1400 additional. I paid him $ 800. And we agree that I could pay him the rest when its time to pick the car up. for a month and a half now I have been calling him Sometimes he's too bz to talk to me or he rush me off the phone. He's excuse is " I received the wrong parts or audi dnt have the part in stock." a lawyer would set me back another couple thousands plus theres a change the garage might retaliate. the attorney general nor the bbb have yet to answer Plz help, I am spending $ 500/wk on rental and cab. I jst want my car fix.
