General Complaint

Crisi take credit away and compaies will not hired with bad credit. - Credit

- Florida
I am not much of a writer and I don't care to be one, but I want some one to investigate the following two stories.

Story #1

I used to be a Wholesale Mortgage Account Rep. in 2007 and because of the obvious crisis my career is no more available in the market. I have applied during the years for different jobs. After all these years struggling in Real Estate, my savings are gone and I am behind my mortgage, have not paid credit cards an absolute mess, as a result I have bad credit. Before my credit went bad, I maintained a good score of high 700's for years, I was anal with my credit.

Now companies insist in hiring people by credit rating and I have lost big opportunities because of this problem. IT REALLY SOUNDS ILLEGAL, iS IT?

Story #2

I called the DBPR in Florida asking if it is true that to obtain a Mortgage Broker Lic. I need good credit. They said, they had no guidelines and I had to apply and then they would make a decision when they look at my credit. They said the law is not exact... and they decide upon what they see... case by case? So, I have to pay application fees, plus exam fees, finger prints, plus class fee, which it is near $500.00 and then find out if they love me or love me not.

Department of Rules and Regulations does not have guidelines yet to make decisions over credit rating and can't tell people over the phone the exact guidelines of what they are looking for, Instead they let people pay the bill without giving acknowledgement of the money involved. Why don't they care? More Money For their pocket?
Here two complains in one. I hope you juice one of them.

Why the abuse? It is almost like finding out a legal way to steal people's money and to pushed them down a more!

Having bad credit is not something to be proud, but closing the doors to people and taking advantage of the situation without giving a chance for a better future is shameful.
