They called an quoted me a price of $350 everything included. That was also taking apart furniture anreassembling it. When they spoke to me on the phone nothing was every said about a stairs fee that is $150 for every 8 steps. Seriously who the hell would hire them for a job knowing I have 16 stairs.
Once they loaded my stuff onto the truck they then told me about the extra fees an that they do not except certain items. They then told me about the stairs fee. My quote then went from $350 to over $600. I spoke to the compnay an they told me they would take off the stairs fee but I was responsible for the packing material.
They also said that they only accept cash or money order but that they couldn't give me a price until we got to the drop off site. Once at the new house they then slaped me with a bill for $727 an they wouldn't unload truck until I paid. I called an complained they said oh well pay them or they take your stuff. The receipt has $307 charges that have no explaination an they also charged me for 6 hours but only worked 4. they waited the last minute to give receipt then took off. I was also supposed to get 7 free boxes but of course they didn't have any on the truck!! this is the worse company ever.
They never unloaded the piece of my daughters bed that keeps the box spring on an when we called the guy told us that they have no clue who worked the job so they couldn't get a hold of them. So now I have to go an buy new cables for her bed!
WORSE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! THEY ARE CRIMINALS!!!!
