My husband refinance our Truck at the end of August 2010. USAA asked if he wanted credit life. He said yes. In Sept 2010 my son and I were told he had cancer by the doctors at the VA hospital and they could not treat him because he had COPD and treatment would kill him.. To make the story short he passed away Oct 28, 2010. This was unexpected the doctors had given him 2 years the month before, I reported this to USAA on Nov 2, 2010 they told me not to worry they would take care of everything. I trusted them since 1968 when we married. Feb 21, 2011 I went out to get into the truck it was gone. I called USAA they told me to call the police. The police said USAA have re-poed the truck. I called USAA back they said sorry and returned the truck 3 days later. Now USAA has gotten Ron's medical records they cancelled the credit life insurance and tell me that if I do not make a payment of $ 442.+ on Monday 16th of this month they will re-po the truck. Please help me without the truck I can not to to dialysis 3 times a week. My husband was dealing in good faith when the insurance was taken out. Now USAA after 40 plus years of doing business with them has turned their back on me. Please help me. Anne
