I borrowed money at a lower interest rate to pay off higher
interest rates.
Accidentally I had one payment sent to Capitol One in ERROR.
It was an electronic transfer that was sent and received by them the same day 4/28/09-.
I called Capitol One when I realize the error on May 1.
They had to wait 15 days to give me a $6000 refund
(They received $6,500 which was applied to my undue balance)- The check was promised to be sent out then.
I couldn't really wait that long as I was paying INTEREST
on that money and called again 5/08/09- they didn't even have notes to refund my money and wanted me to wait another 15 days on top of that (after talking to Abby, Colleen, I was finally given to "Jack" - managing supervisior SDA214 and promised a electronic transfer to my 'personal checking account' within 72 hours for the $5,500 I requested (I left $500. in for the new charges I charged on Capitol ONe) Well the money was never sent!
This is a supervisor I thought I could depend on - I was outraged (and who wouldn't be) I called Capitol ONe from my bank - Aden ZUE222 jerked me around, Steel XUN2971 -Duh,

John SOY872 would send it out FOR SURE 5/14- I called today I still have a $6000 CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT I'm paying interest ON! -Justin took forever to answer a simple question was the check I was promised a THIRD time sent out or not - ANSWER _ NO. I'd like my money returned + 171.20 INTEREST I HAD TO PAY ON THIS MONEY (Justin even said "we're not charging you interest on your money" - how
absolutely insane is that - DUH )
Could I get emotional distress because of having to deal with all these rocket scientists ?
